Role: Windows/Storage Administrator Client: Government Integrator Group: Systems Environment: Windows 08R2 and xxxx, Linux, Overview: Windows System Administration/Storage Engineer needed for International Government Integrator to join a team of 9 to perform advanced Windows System Administration and NetApps Storage management. Responsibilities: Building, deploying, upgrading and maintaining Windows xxxx/xxxx servers on multiple virtual and physical servers Deploying, upgrading and maintaining NetApp SAN/NAS storage Supporting multiple applications and services, Providing tier 3 troubleshooting and issue resolution, and integrating technologies using VMWare ESXi, NetApp SANs, Cisco UCS and HP servers. Domain and LAN administration Active Directory administration, GPO configuration and troubleshooting Share and NTFS permission configuration and DFS deployments Monitoring and tracking trouble tickets and change requests to ensure high quality customer service Requirements: Experience building and maintaining Windows Servers (08R2/xxxx) Experience providing full management to Storage Server Security+CE Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance Experience supporting multiple networks in a large environment Understanding of NAS and SAN protocols such as NFS, CIFS, iSCSI, and FCP Preferred: Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, SQL administration, Exchange, Lync, SharePoint, SCCM and file server migrations Understanding of host network teaming NetAPPS Experience Active Secret or TS Clearance Ability to create PowerShell script to automate redundant tasks Experience with Splunk Ability to work with limited guidance and as part of a team Microsoft and/or NetApp certified EEO Employer Apex Systems LLC is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
