Job Number: xxxxxxxx Key Role: Perform analysis of SIGINT collection and related client requests and manage collection resources, dictionaries, and targeting information in support of national intelligence objectives. Support targeting operations. Respond to and process time-sensitive client requests for system accounts, data requests, technical assistance, and targeting support and create and manage user accounts and access related information for multiple client tools and systems. Basic Qualifications: -2+ years of experience with working in a SIGINT collection management, dictionary management, data flow management, or target management role -1+ years of experience with supporting clients by responding to requests, inquiries, and technical troubleshooting both verbally and in writing -1+ years of experience with advanced Excel features, including using and defining basic formulas, developing tables and charts, and defining filters -Experience with developing, defining, and documenting processes, procedures, and in work products, including standard operating procedures, process flow diagrams, user manuals, or user training instructions -TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph -BA or BS degree Additional Qualifications: -Experience with defining, developing, writing, and tracking system and software level requirements for systems or software -Experience with supporting a user help desk and client support function views or other advanced features -BA or BS degree in CS or related field Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
