We are unable to sponsor H1b candidates at this time.” Job Description: The position is for an experienced Business Analyst to work within the Wealth Management Global Technology Team, supporting the regulatory projectsResponsible for managing IT solutions for the project including stakeholder management, IT strategy, service expectations, requirements gathering, and user acceptance testing.& The successful candidate needs to be self motivated and a good team player.Participate in the analysis and design of applications with the SystemArchitect and Business Users (including business model, security model and Business components);Must have good understanding of Java applicationsGood understanding of UNIX platformTranslate business model and user requirements into software specifications;Make recommendations towards the development of new code and or reuse of existing code;Deliver documentation (eg. High Leve Architecture, Low Level Design Documents) during various stages of the project and upon completion of the projSupport testing (Unit, SIT, UAT); Following skills are REQUIRED in the prospective candidate: 7 to 8years of relevant work experience: experience in large/complex IT architecture environments and experience as a solution or application architect on large-scale development projectsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to interact with both Business and Technology colleaguesStrong problem solving and analytical skills demonstrated by the ability to assimilate new information, understand complex topics and arrive at sound analysis and judgmentProven working knowledge of OOPS concept, & programming language, Oracle and related technologiesStrong analysis and design skills, including requirements analysis, Object Oriented design patterns, and UML& Demonstrated knowledge and competence in project management principlesExcellent verbal communication, writing and presentation skillsSpeaks directly and to the point Following skills are PREFERRED in the prospective candidate: Experience with Wealth Management client onboarding and new account opening processes, including Know Your Client (KYC) requirements Key Requirements : Experience in Financial Services, preferably Wealth ManagementSocial skills, persistence and backbone to work with difficult stakeholders
