Position is responsible for providing engineering services in support of an enterprise-wide environment in one of the Federal Government’s largest civilian agency. NGC is seeking a highly qualified Process Improvement Specialist. The candidate must be a highly motivated individual who will utilize continuous improvement methods experience to assist in the maintenance and control of stable business processes, as well as identifying and implementing improvements. DUTIES • Verifies programs, process and procedures compliance using direct interview, and documentation reviews • Verifies that process performance and quality products conform to established company and regulatory standards • Acts as liaison for internal audits and Registrar for ASxxxx surveillance and recertification audits • Conducts internal audits for client processes, including organizational, quality, program process, ASxxxx, and other work product audits, as needed • Use corrective and preventive action processes to document non-conformances and identify solutions, including follow-up for effectiveness • Participates in process appraisals and leads development and implementation of improvement plans • Applies change management techniques to areas where improvement is occurring • Designs, develops and executes process training • Collects and analyzes quality measures in order to develop and execute process improvements with the goal of improving quality, enhancing productivity, and improving products and services • Conducts the gap analysis and provide the consulting as a process SME for the Leverages the best practices for Continuous Improvements throughout the organization CIVILED HITSSA
