We currently hiring for a Master Data Management Specialist. The individual in this role will work with business users to identify, scope, analyze and finalize requirements for MDM implementation. Pilots and prototypes MDM projects and follows up to complete a production MDM implementation. Tasks involve all phases of the MDM implementation process including requirements analysis, system design, programming, testing, roll:out, maintenance, and operational support. Provide guidance to IT Staff in their tasks. Activities Include: Provides subject matter expertise on Master Data Management and ETL ConceptsDrives project management through technical decisions related to master data managementBuilds/enhances data models and database architecture for MDMAssists in developing the MDM solution architecturePerforms technical translation of business master data management requirementsRepresents the business perspective of data analysis and design discussionsReviews design/functional specifications to develop detailed technical requirements documentTranslates functional specifications into technical specificationPerforms a wide range of tasks relating to data extraction, data scrubbing, and data transformation, maintenance of metadata and data dictionariesCreates the necessary documentation to build, administer, and support all test, development, and production environmentsProvides for data warehouse architecture design, which includes logical and physical design of data warehouse, data marts, staging area, etcProvides technical expertise for data warehousing, OLAP technology, and data management including data extraction, transformation and loading processes (ETL) Required Skills: Working knowledge of design, development, and support of an MDM hubWorking knowledge of extract functionality to downstream systemsExtensive experience with ETL processes and toolsExperience developing multiple cleansing and standardization scenarios using mappings and industry standard productsExperience collaborating with developers on designing and developing web:services that can integrate Master Data with other systemsWorking knowledge of business reporting toolsAdvanced knowledge of data warehousing, data mart design and implementationExcellent communication skills, both oral and written Preferred Skills: Experience with enterprise MDM softwareExperience with multiple programming languagesExperience with data modeling softwarePMP certification or other related training Minimum Experience: 10 years of progressive enterprise experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Warehouse solutions using proven solution delivery methodology framework5 years of progressive experience in Master Data Management and MDM Hub ImplementationExperience with data warehousing and data mart design and implementationExperience with business intelligence toolsAdvanced technical experience with at least one OLAP tool Education:A?10 years of progressive enterprise experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Warehouse solutions using proven solution delivery methodology framework5 years of progressive experience in Master Data Management and MDM Hub Implementation
