Configuration Manager - (Fort Meade) in Baltimore, Maryland For Sale
Candidate will develop, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of an Enterprise Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Responsible for contributing to ITIL and eTOM based processes and procedures for the identification, prioritization and successful execution of configuration items and their retention in the Enterprise CMDB. Supports configuration management audits and quality assurance reviews. Utilizes System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), SolarWinds, Remedy, and other applications to support configuration management and control activities. Helps conduct technical analysis to develop and maintain DoD Architecture Framework (DODAF) views and other network architecture documents. Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Required Skills and Education Computer and Network Configuration Management experience Experience as a computer/server/network administrator Proficient using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager Proficient using SolarWinds Ability to work for senior officials in a dynamic environment MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience Experience using Remedy trouble ticketing systems Good communication skills, both oral and written Must hold a DoD xxxx IAT baseline certification.
