I am currently looking for a room to rent as the owner of the home I have lived in for several years is selling and downsizing. I would like to move by May 15th. Looking at Joppa and surrounding areas - as far north as Abingdon and as far south as White Marsh/Middle River. I am a people person and enjoy hanging out but I also treasure my quiet time as well. I have no kids and no pets except a horse that lives at a boarding farm and am a non-smoker. I work full time - mostly afternoon and evening hours and also pet sit at least one weekend monthly so will be out of the house then. Looking to rent a room (private bathroom ideal) with all utilities included. I don't need Comcast TV but do need internet. Also possibly interested in a basement room situation or efficiency. I would like to pay around $500/monthly. I have no allergies and am an animal lover so dogs or cats are ok with me. If you have a dog I will probably take it for regular walks with your permission ;) Can live with males or females. I will be putting most of my belongings into storage and do want to bring some basic bedroom furnishings (bed, computer desk, chest of drawers etc) and belongings. Pretty much I am just looking for a quiet, drama free place to live. If you have a rental situation that might work for the both of us, please send me an and tell me about it.
