Job Description:
Title: Commercial Property Manager Office and Retail :Degree required :::Experience/Qualifications :5 years minimum commercial leasing/management experience :Must be computer proficient with Microsoft Office/Word :Excellent communication and people skills required :::::. Responsibilities Will manage commercial and retail properties (currently 100 occupied): Retail Centers 100,000 square feet in Baltimore Office Buildings 200,000 square feet in Baltimore :Periodic inspections :Subcontractor/vendor proposals and contracts for properties' maintenance and service activities :Annual budget preparation with assistance from company's Finance and Accounting Department :Tenant relations :Marketing and advertising campaigns in order to lease vacant spaces :Supervise and manage on:site property field personnel :Input on the design of future commercial development opportunities Compensation Base salary : 130,000 : 180,000 Bonus incentive compensation Annual bonus Car and phone allowance Full Excellent medical benefits and 401k
