Basic Qualifications: Associates degree with five years experience including supervisory or management experience and maintenance experience, preferably in a large manufacturing or office complex or equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates without an Associates degree may be considered if they have significant experience and expertise directly related to the duties and responsibilities of this position. Experience and/or knowledge in trades including plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, sheet metal fabrication, and painting Basic computer skills required. Must be willing and able to work flexible shifts as necessary, including holidays and weekends. The ability to obtain a US Secret level security clearance is required. US citizenship is a prerequisite. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems and SAP.
