As an Envision Leadership Conference participant, you&#xxxx;ll meet diverse and innovative professionals from Deloitte US Firms and participate in hands-on career development workshops and activities. You&#xxxx;ll hone your interpersonal, team-building, and negotiations skills in a dynamic and interactive environment and collaborate with students who share similar professional goals and interests.
Skills You&#xxxx;ll Build
During the multi-day Envision Leadership Conference, you&#xxxx;ll participate in interactive activities where you take on the roles of business leaders. You&#xxxx;ll also learn how to organize and lead a group to effectively face future business challenges throughout your career. Qualifications
&#xxxx; Pursing a Bachelor degree in a business, accounting, technology or related field (sophomore or junior standing)
&#xxxx; Strong academic credentials (minimum GPA of 3.3)
&#xxxx; Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments in a team environment
&#xxxx; Demonstrated problem solving skills
&#xxxx; Effective interpersonal and communication skills; adaptive to change, creativity & self-confidence; leadership qualities; team-oriented and collaborative
