Duties and Responsibilities:
CACI is in search of a CMMI / Process Improvement Lead. The successful candidate will support the analytical and administrative staff within the DCISE. The DC3/DCISE organization has previously been accredited Capability Maturity Model Integration for Services (CMMI:SVC) maturity level 3 and is currently pursuing reaccreditation. The candidate will lead the activities on behalf of the DC3/DCISE directorate to reacquire and maintain the current maturity level. The candidate must be a creative, highly motivated leader who is able to work independently or as part of a team.
Required Qualifications:
: Demonstrated experience leading/managing or playing a significant role in leading/managing CMMI related activities under CMMI for Services, Development, or Acquisition.
: Advanced understanding of the CMMI process areas, goals, objectives, and best practices.
: Demonstrated project management experience with ability to lead projects of varying scope and complexity
: Experience performing configuration management activities to control organizational documentation
: Experience leading risk and opportunity management activities
: Ability to analyze, author, or edit business and technical processes
: Ability to multi:task and be flexible in a challenging and fast:paced environment
: Ability to manage schedules and prepare status reports.
: Ability to assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet defined improvement goals and objectives
: Typically requires a bachelors degree or equivalent and twelve to fifteen years of related experience
Desired Qualifications:
: Experience with CMMI:SVC model framework.
: Experience with other recognized Quality/Performance Management program(s).
: Proficient in MS applications (Visio, Power Point, Excel, Outlook, Word)
: Technical Skills proficiency in an Information Technology, Information Assurance, or Cyber Security discipline
: Experience working in a Security Operations Center or Computer Network Defense organization
: Six Sigma Green Belt certification, or above
