The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Advanced Concepts and Technologies, Cyber and Advanced Processing, Secure Processing program area. Roles and Responsibilities: Lead the preparation and review of forecasts, planning, actual reporting, and analysis of program financial /cost metrics (including but not limited to Estimates at Completion (EACs), Long Range Strategic Plan/Annual Operating Plan, Resource Plan, Indicated Final Forecasts, Treasury Forecasts, Program Management Reviews, etc). Perform associated briefings to applicable chains of command. Support compliance with company policies and procedures Provide routine customer interface regarding financial budgets, actuals, trends, and variance analysis, and special projects as required Leadership of a Program Cost Control staff. Supervise the setup of the earned value management systems, monitor and control costs and schedules. Provide guidance and mentorship to Program Cost Control Analysts. Analyze contract expenses, identify financial issues, and implement corrective actions. Provide financial technical assistance to management and customers, interpret accounting reports and statements, and identify and resolve problem areas. Prepare ad hoc reports. Monitor financial and administrative performance to determine compliance with contractual obligations. Drive accountability across functional support teams supporting the contract. Provide support and oversight to proposal development
