Job Description
A Maritime Company in the Curtis Bay, MD area is in need of a full-time Operations Administrative Assistant to join its team. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
Responsibilities:
Entering data into computer system using Excel, Microsoft Word and various computer applications.
Receiving, correcting and processing paperwork.
Supporting scheduling team with all duties assigned.
Compiling data from other records/departments and prepares report using computer.
Proof reading and editing documents and contracts.
Answering phones, conveying messages, filing and faxing.
Stamping, sorting and distributing mailings.
All other duties assigned.
Requirements:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
HS Diploma/GED
3 years experience in related field
$15.00 per hour and free parking.
