Job Description
A growing company in Baltimore, MD is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. The candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be personable.
Position Responsibilities:
Answer and screen phone calls for the correct business clients.
Corresponding via email to clients; e-mail blasts, contract negotiations/terms, reporting, etc.
Setting, scheduling and confirming appointments.
Registering customers/clients for seminars and events.
RSVP Tracking
Account Inquiries
Order Processing and payment processing.
Handling all aspects of contact management and new customer intake.
Position Requirements:
1-2 years of previous administrative work experience.
High School Diploma and or High School Equivalent
Candidate must be very proficient in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Must type 45 wpm
12.00-15.00 per hour depending on experience. Free Parking.
