This is a brand new xxxx Cannondale Scalpel 1. This bike is about 18 pounds out of the box. This is the lightest, fastest, most efficient cross country mountain bike on the market. The bike has been assembled by a pro bike mechanic. The bike comes with all the paper work and the original box. The handle bar on the bike has been cut down a half of an inch on each side to make the bike handle faster. Also the fork was taken off the bike and sent to Cannondale for inspection. I did notice that the rear brake is soft and will need to be bleed I think this is from sitting and not being used. Any local shop can easily do this. I repeat that the bike has never been used I have never taken the bike out of my house. I was going to use the bike for the xxxx race season but some things have came up and I will be able to race.
