Value City Furniture Cocoa Solace Edition like new warranted 2+ years in Baltimore, Maryland For Sale

I am selling my sectional sofa purchased from Value City Furniture 2/18/xxxx. This sectional is practically brand new. It comes with a transferable warranty that covers practically everything: rips, burns, tears, stains etc. The longest side is 11 feet with the shortest being roughly 9 feet. The original purchase price was $1,600 less taxes and warranty.
We literally never used the couches, due to the fact that our living room is connected to a tenant that complains about being able to hear our TV. We are currently relocating and literally purchasing the same couches but with the sleeper option for guests.
The current sale price at Value City Furniture is $1,300 less taxes and warranty. The sale ends September 9th and they will go back up to $xxxx less taxes and without warranty.
