Sectional couch in Baltimore, Maryland For Sale

I have a Ashley sectional for sale, I've had it about a year in December but when you have a young child things don't always stay the way you hope they would. Well to get the negatives out about the couch, it does have two slits in the ottoman and the couch would need to be wiped down due to it being in a storage unit.... Those are the ONLY issues with it. I'm asking $800 for it because I've deducted the amount for it being a used couch. As stated it is in a storage unit so you would have to provide the transportation to pick it up, I can help load it.
