This is your chance to own a very nice looking Orioles flannel worn by a Hall of Famer. The jersey was worn by Hoyt Wilhelm during the xxxx MLB season. The jersey is tagged with a "60 15 44" strip tag and a Spalding manufacturer tag on the front tail. The flannel shows moderate to heavy wear. The zipper has been replaced as well as the back numerals. There is no signs of any change to the front numbers. There is a repair to the jersey fabric on the back that is largely covered by the replaced numbers. The jersey also features a "laughing bird" patch on the left sleeve that has the very slight tear. Overall the jersey displays beautifully. The jersey comes with a LOA from Mears. Mears has given the jersey a grade of A6. The jersey lost points for the replaced zipper, back numbers, the repair and the slight tear to the patch.
