Mickey is a very personable, 23 year old male aquatic red-eared slider turtle. Mickey's dad had to give him up after 22 years due to his dad's serious health issues. He's almost 8" long. Although Mickey is 23 yrs old, he could have another 20 years to go! He's healthy and eating Reptomin pellets and greens, but he won't turn up his nose at a treat piece of cooked chicken or fish. He would like a 75 gallon aquarium or indoor pond of his own, although larger is better when it comes to tanks! Mickey's been indoors his whole life, so we'd rather have him stay indoors at least during the winter, as he might have trouble hibernating outdoors after all of this time.
