She is very active and would do best in a home with experienced dog owners. She does well with other dogs - her ideal home may also have another dog. She has been through one round of obedience training, and is learning some manners. Unfortunately she was never taught these as a puppy, but she's a steady learner! She could benefit from another obedience class. Billie needs an adopter with a strong, committed, and loving personality. Billie Jean could be placed in a home with cats also, on a case by case basis. She currently lives with two cats, though she prefers the company of dogs. Billie's adoption fee is $75, which is donated to a local pit bull rescue organization. An adoption application must be approved and home visit must occur before the adoption.
